🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@veteranshops.comwith photos of the issue.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Any supporting photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond with return instructions and address details.

❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
