Thank you for shopping with VeteranShops. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your items will arrive.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship internationally at this time.


⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
You can track your order directly via:

  • The shipping carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)


❗ Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received the package:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or neighbors.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivery early).
